We are a long term property development and investment business and over the last 30 years have built up a wide ranging portfolio of assets in all real estate sectors in both the UK and US, as well as other European and Asian markets. We mostly invest directly, but we also regard joint ventures as a core activity. We are financial partners to highly experienced local developers in our markets. In the UK we are both financial partners in the home building sector, and development partners in commercial and mixed use schemes for a number of institutional investors. We also invest in funds managed by specialists in areas in which we are interested, but choose not to invest directly.
